Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Haun Player app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is distributed through the App Store; your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Where there is a conflict about distribution or payment, Apple's terms control.

What Haun Player is

Haun Player is a media player that connects to IPTV services using the Xtream Codes API and to M3U / M3U8 playlists you add, and plays the streams on your device. It offers organising features such as profiles, favorites, category editing, search, a TV guide, subtitles and iCloud sync.

No content is provided

Haun Player does not include, host, sell, resell or distribute any television channels, movies, series, streams or other media. There are no preloaded playlists; the app is an empty player until you add your own legally obtained source. The sample profile offered for trying the app contains only open-license content. We have no relationship with, and no control over, any IPTV provider, server, playlist or stream you choose to use. The availability, legality, quality and content of any stream are solely the responsibility of your provider and you.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the app only with content and services you are legally entitled to access;
• comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of your IPTV provider;
• not use the app to access, distribute or facilitate access to pirated, infringing or otherwise unlawful content;
• be solely responsible for the sources, credentials and playlists you add.

You are responsible for any consequences arising from the sources you choose to use with the app.

Trial and purchase

The app offers a 7-day free trial. After it, continued full access requires a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The purchase applies on every supported platform of the app (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV) with the same Apple Account. All payments, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we do not process payments.

License

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute or resell the app except to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or compatible with every provider, stream format or network condition. DRM-protected content (such as Widevine or FairPlay) is not supported.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the app or any content accessed through it. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the app. Rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract remain unaffected.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after changes means you accept the current Terms.
